Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days after receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged.

- The wrong item is delivered.
- The product differs significantly from its description.
Returned items should be unused and, whenever possible, returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
